One year ago, Jim Ernst announced his intention to retire in 2014. The Four Oaks Board of Directors selected longtime staff member Anne Gruenewald as the next CEO. Jim will be officially retiring and stepping down on May 1.

This past Thanksgiving RJ and Alisha had a lot to be thankful for as they had just learned that they would soon be moving into an apartment of their own through the Partners United for Supportive Housing in Cedar Rapids (PUSH-CR) program.

Partners United for Supportive Housing-Cedar Rapids (PUSH-CR) are currently working to furnish apartments for the homeless. Household items are being collected to help more than 125 families. The next drop-off date is Saturday, January 11.
